John is constantly performing for crowds around the world, but his taste in food is rooted in West Virginia. Growing up in a household where a multitude of spices were used in the preparation of food, John has recreated some of his favourite spice combinations and has established the Some Kind of Wonderful Food Company.
With the Some Kind of Wonderful Food Company, John is bringing classic Southern cooking to retailers and consumers throughout southern Ontario, Canada. His company currently boasts one spice, a biscuit mix, and a coat and fry breading, all of which are available at Denninger's, Horn of Plenty in Dundas, Ontario, Goodness Me in Hamilton, Ontario, and Canadian Tire in Mississauga, Ontario.
The Some Kind of Wonderful Restaurant Company employs a 60s theme in its restaurants, reflecting the decor of that era. Their design caters to the automotive industry and will have various Car Shows, Cruise-ins and live performances by John Ellison when he's available. All SKW Restaurants will be equipped with an indoor/outdoor stage for John and other performers. SKW offers a light, fun atmosphere with a Drive-in Theater feel at every table.

The Some Kind of Wonderful spice is now available for bulk orders
The minimum order is two hundred and fifty pounds but it will be sold at a reduced rate of $14.50 per pound (a saving of $3.50 per pound) and there will be no additional shipping fees.
